Of even greater importance is the need for our Clients to reduce the operation costs of the systems deployed. This can be achieved by the selection of ‘best breed’ products and software and the introduction of efficient maintenance procedures that reduce or remove the requirement to travel to the client’s premises to undertake routine repairs or fault finding. In an effort to embrace these objectives, we are in the process of developing a support centre manned with personnel suitably trained to provide telephone support and remote repair capabilities similar to that provided by IT companies.
